Heard Mr. Gaya Deep Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
By this writ petition the petitioners have prayed for quashing of FIR relating to case crime no. 3121 of 2010, under Sections 363, 366, 504, 506 and 120-B IPC, police station Gangaghat, district Unnao.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier Writ Petition No. 111839 (M/B) of 2010 was preferred by Sant Kumar Shukla, main accused, along with the prosecutrix and this Court vide its order dated 03.12.2010 while admitting the same has restrained the opposite parties from harassing/interfering in their matrimonial life.

Issue notice to the opposite party no. 3 returnable at an early date.
List along with Writ Petition No. Writ Petition No. 111839 (M/B) of 2010.
Till the next date of listing, arrest of the petitioners in the aforesaid case crime number shall remain stayed, provided they cooperate with the investigation, which shall go on.
