Learned Standing Counsel is present. None present on behalf of the petitioner.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ prayer for quashing the order of suspension dated 17.03.2006 as well as order of transfer dated 15.07.2006.
At the time when the writ petition was filed, age of the petitioner was about 50 years. The writ petition is of the year 2007. Therefore, there is all possibility that the petitioner has already been superannuated.
In this view of the matter, the court is of the opinion that, no further order is required to be passed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
