Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that application of the petitioner for grant of arm licence bearing application no.5543 is pending before the respondent No.2, District Magistrate, Jaunpur since 16.07.2013 and not being decided.
This writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent aforesaid to decide the aforesaid application, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certificate copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. Order Date :- 29.4.2019 SS
