Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The present petition has been filed challenging the suspension order, passed by the District Development Officer, Deoria (respondent no. 3) whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension on 29.10.2020.
Counter affidavit has been filed stating that the suspension order has been revoked, however, the order whereby the suspension was revoked records that the same shall be subject matter of the outcome of the writ petition.
In view of the said, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that suspension order would stand revoked in terms of the order dated 15.9.2021 even after disposal of the present petition.
The petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. Copy of the order downloaded from the website of Allahabad High Court shall be accepted/treated as certified copy of the order.
