Heard Mr. Pushkar Baghel, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel.
Petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of Regular Suit No. 111 of 2005 pending in the court of opposite party no.1 (Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 22, Lucknow . It is a case of ejectment as well as for compensation. The petitioner has brought on record the order-sheet of the case, upon perusal of which I find that the court below is proceeding with the case.
Since the matter is being adjourned by one or the other reason, I hereby observe that the court below shall proceed with the aforesaid noted regular suit and decide the same expeditiously. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
