JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
This is an application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India. In view of the Division Bench decision of this Court in the case of Sunita Agnihotri vs. Suraj Singh, 2005 (1) ESC 14 the application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move proper contempt petition under the Contempt of Courts Act. Application is accordingly rejected. Order Date :- 2.2.2010 Rao/-
