Heard Mr. Dinesh Chandra Tewari, learned counsel for petitioner as well as Mr. H.P. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.
The writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quash the impugned reservation list issued by the opposite party no. 4 dated 21-03-2021, only due to this extent which is relate to the serial no. 47 village Bankatwa Block Hariharpurrani District Shrawasti, in which the seat has been reserved for the OBC (Ladies) category which is against the provision of law and also against the government order and policy issued by the State Government, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties especially opposite party no. 4 to issue a fresh list according to order passed by this Hon'ble Court in PIL Civil no. 6929 of 2021 (Ajay Kumar versus State of U.P. and others) contained as Annexure No. 1, in the interest of justice."
Mr. Dinesh Chandra Tewari, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the list regarding reservation over the seat at SL. No. 47, Village Bankatwa, Block Hariharpurrani, District Shrawasti has been finalized.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
