Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Nayab Tehsildar, Soraon, Prayagraj, i.e. respondent No.1 to decide the Case No.335 of 2015 original (Arun Kumar Patel and others vs. Babu Lal) under Section 34 of Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before the Nayab Tehsildar, Soraon, Prayagraj.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Nayab Tehsildar, Soraon, Prayagraj, i.e. respondent No.1 is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
