ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue appropriate order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring act of respondents no.1 & 2 in not allowing petitioner for appearing exams of LLB (3-YDC) first year second semester vide hall ticket no.172813831156 without conducting enquiry and without considering representation dated 22-8-2014 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of Natural Justice.”
At hearing, Sri M.Vijaya Kumar Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 17.12.2014, is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 27.08.2014, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.30897 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
