Connect with Contempt Application (Civil) No.275 of 2018, Ram Pravesh Pandey vs. Amar Nath Rai wherein following order was passed on 19.1.2018:
"Notice shall issue to the opposite party returnable within eight weeks to show cause why action in contempt be not initiated against him.
The noticed opposite party need not appear in person at this stage." Issue notice to opposite party No.2 in terms of the above quoted order. List before the appropriate Bench.
The matter shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Bench.
