Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the contesting respondents.
By means of present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief(s):
"(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to declare the result of the petitioner after scrutiny of the copy of General Hindi, English and Chemistry of the Intermediate Examination 2019-20 having enrollment No.2127241.
(ii) issue any such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.
(iii) Award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation for his grievances has already been moved by the petitioner on 13.07.2020 before respondent no.3, which is pending disposal as yet.
It is expected that the aforesaid representation shall be duly considered by respondent no. 3 as the case may be provided a copy of this order is produced before the aforesaid respondent within a period of three weeks from today and the same shall be disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within six weeks next after presentation of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of.
