Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Civil Judge ( S.D.) Court no. 18, Deoria be directed to decide the original Suit ( case) No.554 of 2009 ( Arun Kumar Vs. Amit Kumar ) within stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge ( S.D.) Court no. 18, Deoria to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
