Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.812 of 2014 of the Edathuva Police Station registered for the offence punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that while he was working in Quatar as the accountant in a Company of which the de facto complainant was the Managing Director, the petitioner misused the ATM card that was entrusted to him and thereby misappropriated an amount equal to Indian Rs.9,60,000/- from the accounts of the Company without accounting the same.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. It seems that the petitioner had approached the Session's Court, Alappuzha under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The said application was disposed of by the learned Session's Judge vide order dated 04.11.2014. I do not B.A.No.8218 of 2014 2 find anything to interfere with the said order passed by the learned Session's Judge. The party shall go by the said order. The date of surrender in the said order is modified as any day within 10 days from today.
With the above said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
