The petitioner seeks to challenge the transfer order dated 14.6.2019 on the premise that he and his wife both suffers from illness and their treatments are going in District Kanpur Nagar.
Considering the said submission, noteworthy is the fact that the petitioner has been transferred from District Auraiya to District Farrukhabad which is a nearby district barely 200 km to District Kanpur Nagar.
Nothing has been brought on record which would demonstrate that they would not get medical treatment in Farrukhabad. No other ground has been raised. No interference can be made in the order impugned.
Dismissed as such.
