Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Tariq Maqbool Khan, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 and the learned Standing Counsel who represents respondents no. 1 and 2.
With the consent of the parties the writ petition is disposed of.
The claim of the petitioner is that an impleadment application in Case No. D-20140520001026 filed under Section 122-B (4-A) of the UPZA&LR Act related to Village Bankatashiv, Tappa - Ghati, Pargana Salempur, Majhauli, Tehsil Salempur, District Deoria (Nagina Vs. Gaon Sabha & Another) pending in the Court of respondent no. 2 (Chief Revenue Officer, Deoria) be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 (Chief Revenue Officer, Deoria) to decide the impleadment application in Case No. D-20140520001026 filed under Section 122-B (4- A) of the UPZA&LR Act related to Village Bankatashiv, Tappa - Ghati, Pargana Salempur, Majhauli, Tehsil Salempur, District Deoria (Nagina Vs. Gaon Sabha & Another) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order is filed before him, strictly in accordance with law.
