Heard learned counsel for parties.
The answer sheet of the petitioner was subjected to re- evaluation pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in Arun Kumar Gupta v. State of U.P. and others [Writ-A No. 8106 of 2019 decided on 22.10.2019]. Post re-evaluation no change has been found merited by the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner has taken the Court through the answer sheet as well as the answer key. He has however failed to establish any manifest illegality in the process of re- evaluation or the marks awarded.
The writ petition fails and is dismissed.
