Hon'ble Arvind Kumar Tripathi (II),J.
List has been revised. No one is present on behalf of the appellant.
The appellant by means of application dated 14th May, 2007 has prayed for two months time to make good the deficiency in court fees. The said period has already expired. By now about four years have gone but the appellant has not made good the deficiency in court fees.
In this view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed for want of proper court fees.
