Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri Mohd.Khalil, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned AGA-1 appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 30.7.2019 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer of application during the course of the day.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 30.7.2019 is corrected as under:
"In 3rd line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 30.7.2019 section 36 Excise Act is deleted and in its place section 63 Excise Act is substituted and in 4th line of the same paragraph section 323 IPC is deleted and in its place section 332 IPC is substituted and the same shall be read as such."
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
