Cause shown for the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The delay condonation application is allowed. Office to allot regular number.
The instant appeal has been filed by the appellant-petitioner against the judgment and order dated 24.5.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ A no.12531 of 2018 by which the writ petition has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioner's claim regularization cannot be considered as he was not being paid salary from the State exchequer.
Learned counsel for the appellant-petitioner again fails to establish that he has ever received any salary from the Government or has been appointed or has a valid appointment from the Government. As such the order of the learned Single Judge is upheld.
The appeal is thus dismissed. No costs.
