JUDGMENT / ORDER

.....Respondent/ Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Cr. No.265/2013,. Turuchanur Ps., Tirupati, chittoor, district pending enquiry and trial The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. Hema Chandra Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:-
The petitioner is A1. He seeks for grant of anticipatory bail. He allegedly committed offences under Section 307, 324 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that victim sustained minor injuries. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the victim was stabbed resulting in a bleeding injury. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was no allegation that the petitioner/A1 stabbed the victim with a view to kill him. The petitioner is 19 years old. In view of the age of the petitioner and also in view of the absence of allegation that the petitioner intended to kill the victim, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, this Petition is allowed. The petitioner shall surrender before the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Clas s , Tirupathi, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a like sum to his satisfaction.
