THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in Crime No.242/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506 of IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.1 submit that after investigation, ‘B’ report is submitted by the Investigating Officer and the same is accepted by the learned Magistrate on 12.05.2017.
3. In view of the said submission, the petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2015 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
