After arguing for sometime, when the learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with the question that when the civil Court has already granted the relief sought for by the petitioner, whether filing a separate writ petition with the prayer for Mandamus is maintainable, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
