JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in his usual vehemence, made a forceful submission that without understanding the scope and purport of the order, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition, The Tahsildar, Tondiorpet, merely sent a communication dated 14.10.2016 enclosing the filed sketch and not even referred to the application submitted to him and since it is not in compliance of the orders passed by this Court, prays for appropriate orders.
2. Per contra, Mr.I.Arokiasamy, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/contemnor, would submit that the representation of the petitioner as well as the order passed by this Court have been taken into consideration by the respondent and necessary documents have been furnished to the petitioner and it is for the petitioner to go through the same and work out his further or other remedy in accordance with law before the competent forum.
3. This Court has considered the rival submissions and also perused the entire materials placed before it.
4. This Court, while disposing of the writ petition, has not indicated the manner in which the order should be passed and the communication of the respondent/contemnor furnishing the field sketch etc., would serve the purpose and if the petitioner, on going through the contents of the documents furnished by the respondent/contemnor, is aggrieved, he is always at liberty to work out his remedy, if he is so advised, in accordance with law before the competent forum.
5. In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
