JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Additional Government Pleader states that since notices have been served under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, action in pursuance thereto in accordance with law will be taken and concluded within a maximum period of three (3) months from today.
