JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by Jesuraj, the husband of this petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.34/2017 against the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 and the same was also closed on 21.02.2017, other than that there is no other complaint against the petitioner with the first respondent.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
