2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 4.6.2009, within a specified time.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 4.6.2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
