Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri K.S. Kushwaha appearing for the respondents.
Although this Court in its last order had proceeded on the assumption that the petitioner had received 61 marks in the written examination and 10 in the interview, it is pointed out on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner did not appear in the interview at all. While the marks obtained by her in the written examination are not in dispute, the Commission asserts that the petitioner did not qualify the physical test examination, in which all candidates, who obtained at least 15 marks, were thereafter invited to participate in the interview.
In view thereof, this Court finds no ground to continue this petition any further, which shall stand dismissed.
