This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to Additional District & Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court, Court No.2, Ghaziabad to pass appropriate order in Case No.156 of 2017 (Smt. Arti vs. Virendra) under Section 125 (3) Cr.P.C.
The counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has filed an application folr enhancement of maintenance amount on 15.11.2017 but no order has been passed on it although notices have been served upon the opposite party.
Without entering into the controversy raised by the applicant, this application is disposed of with the direction to Additional District & Sessions Judge,/Fast Track Court, Court No.2, Ghaziabad to pass appropriate order in Case No.156 of 2017 (Smt. Arti vs. Virendra), under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C., P.S. Muradnagar, district Ghaziabad, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the court concerned.
