Instructions submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.3 and 4 is taken on record.
The prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to verify the High School marksheet and certificate of the petitioner for the purpose of joining of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher in Primary School Nagla Mahasukh, Block Kheragarh, Agra and to grant salary.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already joined on 07.9.2018.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.3 and 4 submitted that the certificate and the marksheet of the petitioner has already been verified and after verification, the documents have been sent to the respondent no.4 on 03.6.2019. A copy of the instruction is also given to counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition to adjudicate.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed being rendered infructuous.
