Sri C.N.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner who is the plaintiff in suit no 257 of 2014 Arti Singh Vs Kamla Devi and others pending before the Civil Judge Ist (Senior Division) Kanpur Nagar.
The learned counsel on the basis of the order sheet submits that till date the matter is stuck at the stage of exparte evidence. Therefore, he prays that a time bound direction may be given for expeditious disposal of the suit.
Considered the submissions made across the bar and perused the record.
In the light of the judgment of Supreme Court. M/S Shiv Cotex Vs Tirgun Auto Plast P. Ltd andothers 2011 (89) ALR 232, the trial court is directed to decide the suit mentioned above preferably within six months from today.
The petition is disposed of in terms of the above directions.
