By means of present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in their peaceful matrimonial life.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners apprised to the Court that in the present matter, the F.I.R. has already been lodged and both the petitioners are not present as such the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
