This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the impugned N.C.R. dated 16.07.2018 bearing N.C.R. No. 113 of 2018, under Section 498 I.P.C., P.S. Bhimpura, District Ballia.
The prayer made is wholly misconceived. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
