Petitioner retired from the employment of respondent on 31.1.2017. She has approached this Court with the grievance that amount due and payable towards GPF and difference of salary consequent upon introduction of 7th Pay Commission Report and the benefit of first and second promotional pay scale has not been granted to her though such claim has been considered and allowed to other similarly placed persons.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the grievance of the petitioner shall be examined by respondent no. 2, in accordance with law.
In the facts of the present case, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no. 2, annexing all materials in support of her claim together with a copy of this order within four weeks from today. The concerned respondent shall get the facts enquired into and would pass necessary orders upon petitioner's claim within a further period of four months, thereafter. The amount which is found due and payable to petitioner shall be released within a period of four weeks, thereafter. Petitioner's claim for interest upon delayed release of amount shall also be considered in terms of the applicable government order.
