The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide Misc. Case No.214 of 2010 under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act within a specified time frame.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that several dates for hearing had already been fixed but still the proceedings have not concluded so far, as the arguments could not take place.
Having regard to the same, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the court below to conclude the proceedings of the case expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
