The limited relief sought for by the counsel appearing for the petitioner is a direction to the first respondent to consider Exhibit P13 project for Organic Utilisation and Organic Farming which has been approved by the Government, according to the petitioner. This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the W.P.(C) No.29838 of 2014-D -:2:-
first respondent to consider Exhibit P13 representation, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
