This petition raises grievance with regard to denial of reimbursement against medical bills. However, details with regard to working of the employee concerned have neither been correctly mentioned nor proper parties have been arrayed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to adjourn the matter for two days.
Writ petitions, which are filed without supporting materials need not be entertained. The matter otherwise has remained pending for more than five months without necessary details being brought on record.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh with better particulars and detailed.
