The grievance of the petitioner is that the application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was not being decided expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under Rule-67, an application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 had to be decided within 90 days.
It is, therefore, directed that the application itself shall be decided within the next three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
