O R D E R Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and learned Addl. SPP for respondent No.1. Perused the records.
2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of FIR in Cr.No.222/2014 for the offences punishable under sections 506, 34, 384 and 334 Indian Penal Code. The allegations made in the complaint are that the petitioner herein was threatening the complainant over phone and was not allowing her to go to hospital to see her husband. These allegations require to be investigated and hence, I do not find any justifiable reason to quash the proceedings at the FIR stage.
Hence, the petition is dismissed.
