The present petition is directed against the First Information Report dated 08.06.2019 in Case Crime No. 0401 of 2019 under Section 3/5/8, Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Powyan, District Saharanpur.
The petitioners were five in number claimed that no recovery whatsoever has been made from their house and the recovery made by police person is planted.
The said assertion cannot be entertained to challenge the first information report in the present petition.
In exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the explanation offered by the petitioners, it is open for them to seek for bail before the Trial Court.
