Having considered the submissions of the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the applicant Arsad Lari Urf J.D. convicted and sentenced in Session Trial No. 149 of 2009 arising out of Case Crime No. 1870 of 2008, under Section 363, 376/511, 323, 506 I.P.C. P.S. Kotwali Deoria, District Deoria be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
Realization of fine against the appellant shall not be stayed during the pendency of this appeal before this Court.
