1. Sri Deepak Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for petitioner, fairly submits that presently petitioner has not filed any appropriate application under the relevant provisions of U.P. Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 read with Circular dated 09.08.2017 issued by State Government as the authorities are failed to provide legal heirship certificate to the petitioner despite an application was filed on 07.06.2021 before Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Prayagraj (Respondent-3) and seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of grievance under aforesaid Act.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents, has no objection to aforesaid request.
3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty, as prayed for. Meanwhile, Respondent-3 may communicate the decision taken by him on the application filed by the petitioner, if still not communicated.
