1. Heard Mr. I.H. Syed, learned advocate for Mr. Jani, learned advocate for the petitioners and Ms. Raval, learned APP for the respondent State.

Learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 have now got married and the petition is preferred by both i.e. the accused boy as well as the daughter of the complainant, jointly. He has also referred to the document at annexure B pages 31 to 36 purporting to be affidavit said to have been made by the concerned girl and other documents i.e. a letter dated 10.7.2012 said to have been written by the girl (page 38) Page 1 of 2 R/SCR.A/2823/2012 ORDER and a document purporting to be marriage certificate which are placed on record of present petition. He also submitted that petitioners are ready to cooperate in investigation.
3. Having regard to the said aspects, let Notice be issued returnable on 27.12.2012. Ms. Raval, learned APP waives service of Notice on behalf of respondent State.
4. In the meanwhile investigation may go on. It would be open to the petitioners to make appropriate application before the Competent Authority or Court as may be considered necessary and appropriate. Direct service is permitted.
