JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 5 to 9 from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 10 and 11.
2.Mr.R.M.Arun Swaminathan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 10th respondent is none other than the daughter of the petitioner and the 11th respondent is his son-in-law. The 9th respondent married the 10th respondent in a love affairs and subsequently, made so many complaints against the petitioner and now, the official respondents interfering in the civil dispute and hence, the present writ petition.
3.Mr.C.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the official respondents were not interfering in the civil dispute of the petitioner with his daughter and his son-in-law.
4.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed as no further adjudication is necessary in this case. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
