Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the bail rejection order dated 14.3.2014, the case crime number has wrongly been mentioned as Case Crime No. 513 of 2014 in place of Case Crime No. 513 of 2013 hence the same was also mentioned in the bail application due to which the same error has occurred in the order dated 20.8.2014 passed by this Court.
The applicant has moved an application before the Court below for making correction in the bail rejection order which was allowed by the court below vide order dated 8.9.2014, a certified copy of the same has been annexed as Annexure-1 to the correction application.
The correction application is allowed.
In the first line of paragraph fifth of the order dated 20.8.2014, in place of "Case Crime No. 513 of 2014", the correct "Case Crime No. 513 of 2013" shall be read.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the present bail application.
