Mr.S.P.Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that he would like to amend the Memorandum of the petition, at Page 1, wherein the provisions of law under which the petition has been filed, have been described. Permission to do so is granted. The necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

As the challenge in this petition essentially pertains to land acquisition proceedings and as the land in question has already been acquired, the Registry may verify and place the matter before the appropriate Court.
