Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had spent his money in construction work in the Institution where he was earlier worked as Head Master because the account jointly operated with the Pradhan but the Pradhan was not signing and as such he spent the money from his personal account.
He has retired but the amount which has been spent by him from his personal account has not been refunded till date and to that extent he has represented the matter to the authorities.
Without going into the merits of the submission advanced, in the opinion of Court the matter can be firstly examined by the District Basic Education Officer and therefore, direction is issued to the District Basic Education Officer to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass order within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
