Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA through video conferencing.
This is a short term bail application on the ground that the marriage of real sister of the present applicant is to be solemnized on 29.5.2021, therefore, the applicant may be released on short term bail to attend the marriage of his real sister. However, learned AGA on the basis of instructions and as per the telephonic conversation informed that the present applicant is only related with the girl whose marriage has been fixed for 29.5.2021 as she is not his real sister. Besides, his release from jail granting him short term bail would not be in the interest of prosecution.
In view of the above this Court does not find any good ground to grant short term bail.
Accordingly the short term bail application is rejected.
This matter shall not be treated as part-heard or tied up to this Bench as the other relevant matrix of the issue has not been considered while rejecting this short term bail application.
