Undisputely the Notification for the recruitment exercise was issued in 2013 and pursuant to which the candidature of the petitioner was rejected in 2015. The Court finds no ground to entertain the writ petition at such a belated stage.
Consequently the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of laches.
