Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the Prescribed Authority (the court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Ballia) to expedite the Misc. Case No. 222/2016 (computerized no. 201815090301777) (Arjun Thakur Vs. Markandey and others) and further direct to restore his case on its original number."
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
