The only relief pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner is for a direction to the court below to decide the application for temporary injunction Paper No.6-C in Original Suit No.102 of 2017 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant- respondents within a specified time frame.
Counsel for the contesting defendant-respondent Sri Upendra Kumar states that written statement has already been filed by the contesting defendant.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
